If you are ever driving down the road where tupelo trees grow in the swampy, moist lands across America, you may come across some stands and shops selling tupelo honey. If you look at the price tag, you may initially be tempted to set it down and drive away. While it may not be cheap, tupelo honey only comes at a high price because it is so scarce. It's worth that price — even if you only buy it every now and then.
